Application Requirement for EEF services: Low-Income Status
Application Requirement for EEF services to be free: active FAP* membership

*AAMC Fee Assistance Program (FAP) membership must have been approved by midway through the course. Otherwise, the applicant will be charged for AAMC materials used in the course.

Steps to Apply for EEF Services:

  1. Send Governmental Documentation of Your Low-Income Status. This can be your

    • Medicaid ID

    • Federal Income Tax Return (black out personal info that you don’t want publicized) that was submitted last year.

2. Send the email from AAMC that approved you for FAP.

3. Complete & Return the Questionnaire* that EEF will send you in reply to Steps 1thru2.

*Asks for details that will enable EEF to better fit your tutoring to you.
